Hello there! My name is Vineet Sinha. I am a Tech Lead/Solution Architect working as a Technical Lead/Architect. I am continously learning and exploring the new technologies. I am a highly proficient Java Professional with experience of more than 18 years in Java and other Full Stack Technologies and Leadership with proven track record of software deliveries including designing, developing and deploying java/J2EE software applications. Possessing a proven ability to lead project teams to successfully deliver agreed upon solutions of the highest quality, often in complex and challenging customer environments. Proficient in development and streamlining development process with proven ability to enhance application effectiveness and meet functional requirements. A keen technical leader, with expertise in managing entire development process with key focus on quality and time by ensuring a proper distribution of ownership among the team members. Able to manage stakeholder expectations and willing to take full responsibility for the delivering of project objectives. Now looking for a new and challenging Lead position, one which will make best use of my existing skills and experience.
